December is THE month to enter the Colorado Romance Writers' Award of Excellence Contest! Not only will you have the chance to get your work in front of some new and influential readers, but you'll be saving $5.00 with the early submission entry fee until December 31st! Starting in January, the entry fee will increase to $20.00.

We have some great judges this year, including published authors and members of reading groups, so be sure to send your entry in today!

Books with an original copyright date in 2012 are eligible to enter in one of the following 10 categories:

• Short Contemporary 
• Long Contemporary
• Single Title
• Romantic Suspense 
• Historical
• Paranormal/Time Travel/Fantasy/Futuristic
• Inspirational
• Young Adult
• Mainstream w/romantic elements
• Erotic Romance

The fee is $15.00 per entry for early submission (books mailed and received by December 31, 2012) and $20.00 per entry for standard submission (books mailed and received in January, 2013).

The entry deadline is January 31, 2013.
