It has been said that your first pages convince readers to buy your current book, but the last pages sell your next book. Let’s face it, the opening and final scenes of your book can be the most important pages you write. How can you come up with just the right opening that will draw the reader into your book? How can you get the story moving without losing sight of the rest of the story? Endings can be even more critical. Those final paragraphs are the last impression your readers have of your work. How can you come up with a way to make the ending so satisfying readers will be craving your next book? How about coming up with just the right happily ever after ending? How can you make that unexpected twist work? What if you are writing a series and need to hook the reader into reading book two or three?
Here’s your chance to work on making the beginning and ending of your books better. A strong start can mean a great ending. Learn the tools to make both work and make the reader want to buy your next book.
